Job summary

Lam Research is seeking a motivated intern to support our Regional Business Operations team in Penang, Malaysia. The role focuses on data preparation, reporting, and process documentation to enable standardized practices across regions.

The ideal candidate is an undergraduate in business/analytics with strong analytical skills, detail orientation, and excellent communication. Familiarity with Excel is required; Power BI exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support regional business operations, reporting, and business review activities.
• Assist with data preparation and validation for accurate reporting.
• Document business processes, reporting requirements, and work instructions.
• Assist in reviewing existing processes for simplification and improvement.
• Support comparison across regions and contribute to templates and standardized practices.
• Participate in process improvement and digitalization activities.
• Collaborate with GBC and regional stakeholders on assigned tasks.
• Perform other business operations activities as assigned by supervisor.
