Job summary

BizLink Technology (S.E.A.) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking support-oriented staff to monitor supplier delivery performance, track schedules, and assist procurement with open-market sourcing. The role also supports engineering and QA across documentation, process improvement, and data handling.

You will assist technicians and engineers with reports, validation, and dashboards, while helping train production personnel and uphold quality standards in manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and follow up supplier delivery performance and shipment status.
• Maintain accurate delivery schedule updates in the system and planning tracker.
• Support procurement activities by sourcing materials from open-market suppliers when required.
• Assist technician and engineering on documentation tasks such as customer reports, work instructions and standards.
• Assist engineer to validate proposals to solve technical queries/issues.
• Assist engineer to maintain technical data or dashboard.
• Assignments delegated by engineers or supervisors.
• Prepare and study the product process balance cycle time.
• Study and develop new jig/fixture fabrication or automation for process improvement.
• Identify and develop technical standards for production process.
• Train production personnel on skill improvement.
• Review and analyze process improvements.
• Solve any product engineering issue in production.
• Any other duties as requested by superior from time to time.
• Perform basic QA inspection: dimensions, crimping, soldering, labeling, testing, reworking and packing.
• Assist with data collection during product DVT and PVT; execute golden sample inspection and proper labeling.
• Assist quality engineer in handling nonconformity in the production line.
• Follow sampling/testing plans and maintain traceability matrices.
• Any other duties as requested by superior from time to time.

Job description

Process Department

• Preparing and study the product process balance cycle time.
• To study and develop the new jig/fixture fabrication or automotion for process improvement.
• To identify and develop technical standards for production process.
• To train the production personnel on skill improvement.
• To review and analysis on process improvement.
• To solve any product engineering issue in production
• Any other duties as requested by superior from time to time.

QA Department

• Perform basic quality control inspection function check overall dimension, crimping, soldering, gluing. Labelling, testing, reworking and packing.
• Assists engineer with tasks such as collecting and validating data during product DVT and PVTExecute golden sample inspection and proper labelling
• Assisting quality engineer in handling nonconformity in the production line
• Following sampling/testing plans and maintaining traceability matrices.Any other duties as requested by superior from time to time.
