Job summary

You will gather business requirements, design readiness criteria and contribute to a prototype that captures training, certification, and readiness data. You will create dashboards and reports to visualize readiness by role, training status, and gaps, while validating data and supporting knowledge transfer to sustain

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s in IT, CS, CE, DS or related discipline.
• Basic knowledge of application development, databases, data visualization and process analysis.
• Ability to gather requirements and analyze data with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform, Power BI, and SharePoint is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements, document business needs and data sources.
• Design a workforce-readiness assessment framework with role-based criteria.
• Develop a digital prototype or minimum viable product to capture readiness data.
• Create dashboards and reports showing readiness by role, training, certification, headcount readiness and identified gaps.
• Coordinate validation, testing, documentation and knowledge transfer.
