Job summary

DA MA CRAFTMANSHIP SDN BHD seeks a skilled design professional to translate client requirements into design concepts, 3D renderings, and comprehensive shop drawings. You will produce detailed cabinetry drawings for manufacturing and ensure precise execution on site.

The role involves selecting materials and fittings, coordinating with factory production teams and subcontractors, and conducting site measurements to verify dimensions and oversee installation.

Qualifications

• Client consultation and space planning requirements gathering.
• Knowledge of design concepts and renderings.
• Production of working drawings and cabinetry details for manufacturing.
• Material, hardware and finishes specification.
• Coordination with factory production teams, carpenters, and subcontractors.
• Site measurements, dimension verifications and supervision of installation.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to determine spatial requirements, preferences, and project budgets.
• Prepare design concepts, 3D renderings, and layout proposals.
• Produce complete technical working drawings, detailed shop drawings, and cabinetry detailing / production cut-lists for manufacturing and site fabrication.
• Select and specify materials, hardware fittings, board types, finishes, and accessories.
• Coordinate closely with factory production teams, carpenters, and sub-contractors to ensure design feasibility and accurate execution.
• Conduct site measurements, verify dimensions, and supervise site installation to resolve design and technical issues.
