Job summary

LENTERA CREATIVE HOME seeks an Interior Designer to lead on-site coordination, measurements, and client meetings to translate visions into practical plans.

You will develop sketches and mood boards, produce detailed drawings, and oversee progress, ensuring alignment with the project brief and bill of quantities.

Travel and own transport are required as you will visit sites and collaborate with suppliers to keep projects on schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design & Architecture.
• 1–2 years of experience as an Interior Designer.
• Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite and AutoCAD/SketchUp.
• Strong freehand sketching, drawings, and visualization skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform and coordinate site visits and measurements.

• Prepare proposals, construction drawings, and detailed drawings (including demolition, partition, M&E, RCP, floor finishes).

Job description

You will play an important role as per below:

Perform and coordinate site visits and measurements, as well as attend and conduct site meetings with clients and suppliers to ensure effective communication, collaboration, and project coordination.

Create sketches and mood boards to visually communicate ideas to the client and team, and interpret and translate customer needs into rough plans and drawings.

Supervise and prepare site progress and defect inspection reports, and handover reports to ensure the project runs smoothly.

Prepare proposals, construction, and detailed drawings (including demolition, partition, M&E, RCP, floor finishes, etc.) to provide clear direction for the project team.

Ensure project deliverables align with the approved Bill of Quantities (BQ) and work program to meet project goals and deadlines.

To succeed in this role, we will need you to have:

Minimum bachelor's diploma / degree in Interior Design & Architecture.

At least 1 - 2 years of experience as an Interior Designer

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite applications and modelling software programs such as AutoCAD, Adobe Illustrator, Sketch Up, Photoshop, and InDesign.

Possess skills in free hand sketch, detailed drawings, and graphics and visualization

Own transport and willing to travel.
