Job summary

REQA BINA SDN BHD is seeking an interior design professional to join our team in Malaysia. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related discipline and at least 3 years of relevant experience.

Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3Ds Max is essential to develop and present design concepts within project budgets. You will collaborate with the design team, conduct site observations, and prepare client presentations while coordinating schedules and procurement activities to ensure

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture or related discipline
• 3 years relevant interior design experience
• in-depth knowledge of furniture systems and finishes
• Demonstrate understanding of basic principles of space planning
• Able to develop and present design concepts
• AUTOCAD andf 3Ds Max proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Work with Interior Design team to develop design solutions
• Research concepts and materials to support design team on technical issues influencing concept development
• Work with timely schedules to coordinate the completion of tasks through a final project completion.
• Conduct on-site observation and provide recommendations to help streamline ongoing design projects
• Prepare and participate in client presentations
• Select furniture, materials, decor and finishes while keeping within budget
• Must know how to manage a project provide quotation, liaise with client
• Know how to write work program, write completion report and project report
• Someone good with procurement, project budget and sample preparation
• Experience on Site supervision.
