Job summary

Shin-Nippon Industries in Malaysia is seeking a Compliance Manager to establish, maintain and ensure QMS, EMS and FSC certification requirements. You will lead collaboration across all departments for Integrated Management System implementation and coordinate awareness of IMS and customer requirements throughout the organization.

The role requires a Diploma or Degree and a minimum of 5 years in manufacturing as a Management Representative for QMS/EMS compliance.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree from a recognized university.
• Minimum 5 years manufacturing industry Management Representative of QMS/EMS compliance.
• Knowledge of ISO 13485 will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Establish, comply and maintain QMS, EMS and FSC certifications' requirements.
• Lead and collaborate with all HODs for Integrated Management System implementation.
• Assist Top Management to establish and maintain mandatory documents (Internal/External Register, Risk Register, Continual Improvement Opportunities).
• Plan, coordinate and promote awareness on IMS and customer requirements across the organization.
• Review and approve ISO documents revised by HODs before distribution.
• Monitor monthly performance of QMS & EMS objectives.
• Plan, initiate and execute Yearly Management Reviews and Internal Audits for all certifications involved.
• Maintain Management Review Meeting Minutes.
• Coordinate with Certification Bodies on audits, contracts, planning, programs and non-conformances.
