After the foundation, you will move into business-facing activities, assisting with operations, broker engagement, growth initiatives and scheme management, supported by senior mentors and regional exposure.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates or junior professionals (1-2 years) welcome to apply.
• Strong English communication; Chinese/Cantonese for regional engagement.
• Learning agility and ability to grasp insurance concepts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide operations support, handling underwriting and claims administration basics.
• Assist in market outreach by liaising with brokers and reinsurers.
• Support credit control and ensure LFSA compliance.
• Assist in developing and monitoring insurance schemes.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Insurance/Actuarial Science/Finance/Law or related field
