Job description

Responsibilities

• Administer insurance policy for old/new vehicle
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of insurance documentation.
• Assist customers in understanding their insurance options and coverage.
• Create insurance quotation.
• Follow up with customers.
• Generate reports for renewal notices, MYEG (Road tax renewal), and submissions.
• Manage customer inquiries through phone, email, and WhatsApp.
• Handling SAP system for generate customer DATA and invoice etc.
• Responsibilities for monthly target achievement.
• Stay updated on insurance regulations and compliance requirements.
• Work closely with sales and finance department to integrate insurance-related processes seamlessly.
