Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Instrumentation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in instrumentation and control systems (preferably HVAC & power).
• Solid knowledge of instrumentation devices (e.g., temperature transmitters, control valves, flow meters).
• Experience with DCS/PLC systems (e.g., EasyIO, Honeywell, Siemens, Schneider).
• Familiarity with industrial standards (ISA, IEC, ISO).
• Proficient in reading and interpreting P&IDs, loop diagrams, and control schematics.

Responsibilities

• Install, test, commission, and troubleshoot instrumentation and control systems.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for field instruments.
• Monitor critical systems in data centers and industrial facilities.
• Calibrate, loop check, signal verification, and functional testing of instrumentation devices.
• Troubleshoot communication issues involving Modbus, BACnet, Moxa gateways, PLC and BMS integration.
• Support testing and commissioning activities for HVAC, chilled water, makeup water, fuel systems, and automation systems.
• Review drawings, control schematics, P&ID, and wiring diagrams.
• Prepare maintenance and RCA reports, testing records, and service documentation.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams; ensure safety and client standards.

Job description

This role involves installation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of instrumentation and control systems. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance for field instruments and monitor critical systems in data center and industrial facilities.

Key responsibilities

Perform installation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of instrumentation and control systems

Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance for field instruments, including flow meters, pressure transmitters, temperature sensors, water level sensors, control valves, and PLC/BMS/DDC related instrumentation

Monitor and ensure proper operation of critical systems in data center and industrial facilities

Conduct calibration, loop checking, signal verification, and functional testing of instrumentation devices

Troubleshoot communication issues involving Modbus, BACnet, Moxa gateways, and PLC and BMS integration systems

Support testing and commissioning activities for HVAC, chilled water, makeup water, fuel system, and automation systems

Review technical drawings, control schematics, P&ID, and wiring diagrams

Prepare maintenance reports, RCA reports, testing records, and service documentation

Coordinate with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams during maintenance and project execution

Ensure all works are carried out in compliance with safety requirements, site procedures, and client standards

About you

Bachelor's Degree in Instrumentation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in instrumentation and control systems (preferably in HVAC & power)

Solid knowledge of instrumentation devices (e.g., temperature transmitters, control valves, flow meters)

Experience with DCS/PLC systems (e.g., EasyIO, Honeywell, Siemens, Schneider)

Familiarity with industrial standards (ISA, IEC, ISO, etc.)

Proficient in reading and interpreting P&IDs, loop diagrams, and control schematics

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Ability to work independently and in a cross-functional team environment
