Job summary

BIT Official is seeking an operations-focused professional to manage institutional client inquiries, KYC communications, and coordinate with Compliance, Finance, and IT to streamline workflows. The role includes supporting trading operations and post-trade reconciliations in a fast-paced crypto financial services environment.

Strong client-facing/middle-office experience, English and Mandarin skills are advantageous, and a Bachelor degree is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in any disciplines.
• 1-3 years of experience in financial operations, client service, or a related role (institutional client experience preferred).
• Strong client-facing and/or middle-office experience, or proven experience working closely with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills, operational awareness, and the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with demonstrated ability to communicate and partner with internal / external parties.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin is advantageous, due to need to work closely with Mandarin as well as English speaking stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage institutional client inquiries, orders, and KYC-related communications with professionalism and accuracy.
• Coordinate with Compliance, Finance, and IT teams to resolve issues and streamline operational workflows.
• Support trading operations including quotation and order creation
• Ensure proper communication and documentation of trade instructions across systems and stakeholders.
• Oversee post-trading activities such as daily reconciliations to maintain data integrity.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of operational processes and client service standards.
