Job summary

BIT is seeking a Treasury Analyst to support financial processes, regulatory compliance, and smooth operational workflows in Kuala Lumpur.

You will prepare account opening documentation, handle KYC information, and coordinate with internal teams to manage fund transfers and related activities, ensuring AML policies are followed.

The role requires a Bachelor degree and 5–10 years in treasury operations, with strong communication in English and Mandarin advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in any discipline.
• 5–10 years of treasury operations or related experience.
• Familiar with establishing and liaising with banks.
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English; Mandarin advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Account opening and KYC for clients.
• Coordinate with Finance, Operations, Compliance, Legal on transfers.
• Prepare funding for group entities’ bank accounts.
• Monitor transaction workflows for accuracy.
• Support audits and regulatory reporting.
• Identify process improvements.
