Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a skilled Mould Maintenance Technician to join our production team in Malaysia. You will maintain, repair, and optimize injection moulding machines and moulds to ensure efficient production and high-quality output.

The role requires a Diploma in Engineering with at least 2 years of mould maintenance experience and strong troubleshooting skills. Collaborative work style and attention to detail are essential for success.

Qualifications

Diploma or equivalent in Engineering (Metal Fabrication/Tool & Die).
Minimum 2 years of experience in mould maintenance and repair.
Strong understanding of injection moulding processes and machinery.
Proficiency in using precision measuring tools and equipment.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Knowledge of ISO 9001 requirements is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance and inspections on injection molding machines and molds.
Troubleshoot and repair moulds.
Conduct preventative maintenance to minimize downtime.
Optimize mould performance to improve efficiency and product quality.
Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve production issues.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
