Job summary

Ichia Technologies, INC. is seeking a Production Supervisor for the Injection Molding Division to oversee daily operations, meet production targets, ensure quality, efficiency, and safety, and deliver on-time results.

You will manage manpower, monitor machine performance, troubleshoot issues, drive continuous improvement, and coordinate with Quality, Engineering and Maintenance to uphold company procedures.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Injection Molding manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of injection molding processes, machines, molds, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with production KPI, OEE, 5S, Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement.
• Mandarin/Chinese speaking ability is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations in the Injection Molding Division.
• Manage production manpower and monitor machine performance.
• Troubleshoot production issues and reduce downtime and defects.
• Lead production teams and coordinate with Quality, Engineering and Maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with procedures and safety standards.
