Vertex Success Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a dedicated Injection & Blow Molding Maintenance Technician to sustain smooth production in a plastic bottle manufacturing environment.

You will perform preventive maintenance, assist with mold changes, and troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues to minimize downtime. You will also document activities, manage spare parts, and ensure safety standards while coaching operators on basic troubleshooting and housekeeping.

• Maintain and inspect injection and blowing molding machines and related equipment.

Responsabilités

• Perform preventive maintenance on injection and blow molding machines and auxiliaries.
• Assist in mold changes and test runs to meet production targets.
• Diagnose mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical issues to minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and report trends for preventive planning.
• Monitor spare parts inventory and coordinate with procurement to ensure stock availability.
• Follow lockout/tagout, ISO 9001, 5S and safety standards during maintenance.
• Provide coaching to operators on basic troubleshooting and housekeeping.

Injection & Blow Molding Maintenance Technician

Ensure smooth, reliable production by performing preventive and corrective maintenance on injection and blowing molding and related auxiliary equipment in a plastic bottle manufacturing environment.

Preventive Maintenance & Machine Setup

Conduct scheduled lubrication, calibration, parts replacement, and routine checks on injection and blowing molding machines and ancillary systems like granulators, hoppers, mold temp controllers, conveyors, and compressors

Assist in mold changes, machine setups, and test runs to meet production targets and minimize rejects

Troubleshooting & Corrective Actions

Diagnose and resolve mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical issues rapidly to minimize downtime

Support operators in resolving alarms and malfunctions during production runs, processing panics, or quality meets

Documentation & Logs

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, downtime incidents, and parts usage. Report trends and recurring issues for preventive planning

Spare Parts & Vendor Coordination

Monitor spare parts inventory and collaborate with procurement or suppliers to maintain stock levels and spare parts availability

Safety & Compliance

Adhere to lockout/tagout, ISO 9001, 5S, and safety standards while executing maintenance or machine servicing tasks

Provide coaching or training to operators on machine care, basic troubleshooting, and housekeeping standards
