Job summary

The Cigna Group is seeking an Infrastructure Operations Team Lead to provide technical and operational leadership for a growing team. You will balance hands‑on technical work with people management, incident response and service improvement, helping the group mature its infrastructure operations.

The role requires strong engineering experience across Windows, Linux, virtualization and cloud platforms, plus a track record of coaching and coordinating with regional and global teams.

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent practical infrastructure engineering experience.
• Strong third-level infrastructure engineering experience in an enterprise environment.
• Hands-on experience with Windows and Linux operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of approximately six infrastructure engineers across multiple disciplines.
• Own day-to-day operational delivery and the 24/7 on‑call rota.
• Coordinate with global Infrastructure Engineering teams across regions.
• Manage incidents, changes and tasks in ServiceNow for Windows and Linux environments.
• Drive improvements to processes, documentation and knowledge bases.
