Job summary

6255 UOB Innovation Hub 2 Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Project Manager to lead technology obsolescence remediation programs. You will drive remediation across servers, databases, cloud, and applications, coordinating upgrades and decommissioning with security, risk, and governance in mind.

The role requires 8–12+ years of experience, strong stakeholder engagement, and the ability to manage multiple large-scale initiatives in a regulated enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of IT infrastructure project management experience delivering complex technology transformation.
• Proven experience leading obsolescence remediation, infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and lifecycle management.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects within large-scale enterprise environments.
• Strong governance, RAID management, budgeting, scheduling, resource planning, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage infrastructure obsolescence remediation initiatives from planning through closure.
• Deliver projects addressing EOL, EOS, unsupported, and legacy technology risks across environments.
• Define scope, milestones, timelines, resources, and success criteria for remediation efforts.
• Coordinate upgrades, migrations, and decommissioning of obsolete assets while aligning to risk and regulatory requirements.
• Serve as central coordinator among teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure timely remediation.
