The role supports underwriting and daily operations for profitable growth in infrastructure reinsurance across Malaysia and other markets, with additional responsibility for pre-underwriting analytics for SEA and Australian markets.

Qualificações

• University degree in an Engineering Discipline with 3+ years' infrastructure experience.
• Underwriting experience in primary insurance or reinsurance is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
• Passion for learning particularly new technology development.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze and assess infrastructure insurance businesses for risk exposure, coverage review, risk modelling and costing.
• Support business origination and build strong relationships with business partners in assigned markets.
• Follow up on post underwriting activities including compiling underwriting documentation and data quality in IT systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute market strategies.
• Provide technical advice and conduct training sessions for Swiss Re clients and internal teams.
• Support Swiss Re Engineering Digital strategy, new product development initiatives and market research.
• Ensure efficient coordination with internal stakeholders such as other Specialty lines, Key Account managers, P&C Client Underwriters, P&C Treaty / Fac, Business Services, Claims and Finance.
