Job summary

NexRoar Services Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Infrastructure Analyst at L2 or higher to join our IT operations team. You will maintain, troubleshoot, and improve enterprise infrastructure services, focusing on reliability and rapid incident resolution.

The role requires hands-on experience with Microsoft Server, 365, Mimecast, AVD, and strong ITIL fundamentals, with opportunities to advance and work closely with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in Infrastructure Operations, IT Support, or Managed Services environments.
• Good understanding of ITIL processes, incident management, and problem management.
• Hands-on with Microsoft Server (DNS, DHCP, GPO), Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Mimecast, VDI (AVD), Exclaimer.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve infrastructure incidents and service requests.
• Work closely with L1, L2, and L3 support teams to ensure timely incident resolution.
• Perform event monitoring, incident triage, analysis, and escalation when required.
• Execute infrastructure changes following established change management processes.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
• Identify recurring issues and contribute to continuous service improvement initiatives.
