The role focuses on developing cybersecurity protocols, leading risk mitigation, and implementing controls to safeguard financial technologies and operations. A Bachelor’s degree and 4–7 years of relevant experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/ Networking/ IT or equivalent.
• 4–7 years of experience in IT infrastructure management and cybersecurity.
• Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute IT strategy for Infrastructure and Cybersecurity.
• Lead IT projects like upgrades, migrations, and security improvements.
