Job summary

Accenture Southeast Asia is seeking a Production and Operation Consultant – Industry X in Kuala Lumpur to help clients accelerate digital manufacturing journeys and deploy MES solutions. You will work on AI-led insights, automate processes and co-create go-to-market offerings with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• MES Solutions experience in Werum PasX/Pharma Suite or similar MES tools.
• Experience in MES/MOM requirements gathering, blueprinting, testing and implementation for discrete industries.
• Strong client relations experience with excellent customer-facing capabilities.
• Techno-Functional profile with domain exposure in Life Sciences, CGS, Automotive, Industrial Equipment, Med-Tech, or Hi-Tech.
• Experience delivering technology guidance, PoCs, enterprise portfolio assessments, and leadership workshops.
• Certifications such as Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, APICS CSCP, IoT platforms, Advanced analytics, CSPO/CSM are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Project Delivery: manage MES/Manufacturing Execution System client engagements and stakeholder value.
• Practice Development: develop assets, PoVs, white papers and go-to-market offerings.
• Collaborate on Industry 4.0 initiatives including IoT, AR/VR, edge analytics and computer vision.
