Job summary

Infineon Technologies AG is seeking an Industrial Trainee in Substrate and Detect Engineering within the Quality & Excellence team. The role focuses on root-cause analysis, transformational improvements, and implementing forward-thinking solutions to meet the highest quality standards.

Qualifications

• Student of Bachelor's degree in Microelectronics, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Engineering, Physics, or a related Science or Engineering field.
• Willing and able to complete a 12-month contract period.
• Last CGPA of 3.00 and above.
• Good interpersonal and effective communication skills.
• Good presentation skills with strong problem-solving skill.
• Able to perform under a fast paced and challenging environment.

Responsibilities

This position is subject to the collective agreement for workers and employees in the electrical and electronics industry (full-time), employment group B for bachelor students, employment group D for master students ( https://www.feei.at/wp-content/uploads/2026/06/minimum-salaries-white-collar-workers-2026-05-01.pdf ).
