Job summary

Infineon Technologies Malaysia is seeking an Industrial Trainee - Planning System & Reporting to join our Manufacturing and Operations team in a high-tech cleanroom environment where silicon wafers evolve into cutting-edge products.

You will handle advanced data tasks in Excel, create dashboards, and clean datasets; analyze and visualize data with Tableau; help map processes with Miro; and document SOPs to boost efficiency and standard practices.

Qualifications

• Proficient in advanced Excel (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, macros).
• Experience or exposure to Tableau for data visualization.
• A proactive and detail-oriented mindset (familiar with Power Automate is preferred).
• An understanding of process mapping or a willingness to learn.
• CGPA must be at least 3.00 and above.

Responsibilities

• Work on advanced data management tasks using Microsoft Excel (e.g., creating dashboards, cleaning datasets, generating pivot tables, etc.).
• Analyze and visualize data through Tableau to present actionable business insights
• Assist in developing and mapping processes to improve efficiency and workflow using tools such as Miro.
