Job summary

Infineon Technologies AG in Kulim, Malaysia invites applications for an Industrial Trainee – High Voltage MOSFETs in our Research & Development team. You will merge creativity with technical expertise to shape future technology and drive projects.

As an undergraduate or master's student in electrical/electronics fields, you will contribute to yield, quality improvement, and support new product releases while engaging in digitalization projects and process improvements.

Qualifications

• University student pursuing Bachelor/Master Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronic/ Physics/Material Science/Chemistry.
• CGPA must be at least 3.00 and above.

Responsibilities

• Support yield and quality improvement programs.
• Assist assessment and disposition to ensure product quality meets Infineon’s standards.
• Investigate and provide fast feedback to production line in case of deviation.
• Support new product releases.
• Assist technology digitalization projects.
• Monitor and work with PI/UPE to ensure stability of product parameters.
• Support Production tools releases.
• Support Technology Synchronization.
• Support PCRB/MRB and Technology FMEA updates/maintenance.
