Job summary

RoviSys is seeking a Software Developer to design and code custom software for automating information sharing between process controls and higher-level systems. You will work with a team of engineers, developers and solution architects from RoviSys and client partners to deliver robust MES and data integration solutions.

The role emphasizes test-driven development, quality code, and participation in technical trainings, with opportunities to grow in multidisciplinary teams across manufacturing

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in computer science or related field.
• Interest in manufacturing processes and OT integration.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Willingness to work in a Test Driven Environment and write unit tests.
• Comfort with maintaining and migrating legacy client applications.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement industrial software solutions to aggregate manufacturing systems information.
• Design and implement MES solutions for manufacturing environments.
• Develop quality code following company and client standards.
• Develop, build and test frontend and backend software solutions.
• Execute software development, deployment and maintenance tasks.
• Assist in technical workflows, SOPs and documentation.
• Collaborate with engineers, developers and solution architects from RoviSys and clients.
• Understand and follow ISO project execution methodology.
