Qualifications

Responsibilities

• 1. Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for PCBA/SMT lines, focusing on efficiency, cost reduction, and quality improvement.
• 2. Design and implement efficient production layouts and workflows to maximize productivity and reduce waste.
• 3. Analyze and improve line balancing, production cycles, and material flow to ensure smooth operations.
• 4. Perform lead time analysis, motion studies and capacity planning to identify areas for improvement and maximize equipment utilization.
• 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and quality, to drive continuous process improvements.
• 6. Monitor and analyze production data, providing insights to improve throughput, yield, and operational efficiency.
• 7. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations while supporting lean manufacturing initiatives.
• 8. Support the setup and launch of production lines in the facility, working closely with the equipment and production teams.
