Job summary

JLand Group - JLG in Malaysia seeks a dedicated Land Portfolio Manager to oversee the company’s industrial land assets. You will manage the land portfolio, ensure regulatory compliance, safeguard interests, and support acquisitions, leases, disposals, and asset optimisation initiatives.

You will maintain accurate land records, coordinate land-related approvals, monitor compliance, and partner with internal teams to enable development, asset enhancement, and strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in land/portfolio management or real estate is desirable.
• Strong regulatory awareness and documentation discipline.
• Collaborative stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
