• Assist IT superior in daily IT operations, digitalisation projects, and smart-manufacturing initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IT systems including computers, printers, and network equipment.
• Manage user accounts, email, access permissions, onboarding, asset records, backups, and antivirus tasks.
• Record incidents, downtime, and escalation status; monitor health checks and system performance.
• Support ERP, MES, WMS, and reporting systems, including data checks and basic reporting.
• Identify potential AI use cases, assist in workflow automations, data preparation, and model validation.
