Job summary

4050 Entegris Malaysia SDN Bhd invites an Industrial Engineering Intern to support the GMC Area Study Project. You will assist in operational analysis and continuous improvement, gaining hands-on exposure to manufacturing processes and data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities include cycle time studies, data collection and analysis, routing analysis, and preparing reports. Ideal candidates are pursuing an Engineering degree, can commit 24 weeks, and possess strong Excel and communication

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Able to commit to an internship period of at least 24 weeks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a manufacturing environment.
• Minimum CGPA of 3.00

Responsibilities

• Conduct cycle time studies and evaluate current operational processes.
• Collect, organize, and analyze production and workflow data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Support routing analysis and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Assist in productivity improvement projects within the GMC area.
• Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and cross-functional teams to gather information and validate findings.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation of study results and recommendations.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and support implementation activities as required.
