Responsabilidades

• Drive operational excellence using Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
• Deploy Lean Six Sigma frameworks to improve quality, reduce costs, and eliminate waste at production lines.
• Present data-driven recommendations to senior management to boost efficiency and cost performance.
• Improve productivity through line balancing and cycle time optimization.
• Facilitate New Product Introduction (NPI) activities.
• Conduct cycle time studies and line balancing to maximize throughput.
• Utilize data-driven analysis to maximize first-pass yield and reduce bottlenecks.
• Stabilize processes and PFMEA to mitigate high-risk failure modes.

Job Summary:

• Drive operational excellence by utilizing Lean Six Sigma within manufacturing/automation industry
• Deploy Lean Six Sigma frameworks to elevate product quality, cut costs, eliminate waste and streamline productivity at production line
• Present data-driven recommendations to senior management that enhance efficiency, quality and cost performance
• Improve manufacturing productivity through line balancing and cycle time optimization
• Facilitate New Product Introduction (NPI)
• Perform cycle time studies and line balancing activities to maximize throughput
• Utilise data-driven analysis to maximize first-pass yield and reduce production bottlenecks
• Stabilize process performance and PFMEA to proactively reduce high-risk failure modes
