Qualifications

• Background in IE/Manufacturing Eng.

• Proficient in time studies, line balancing, capacity analysis, and lean tools.
• Strong data analysis and cross‑department coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for production line layout, time studies, capacity assessment, and optimization of manpower allocation.
• Analyze production processes and bottlenecks; optimize process sequencing and line balancing for efficiency.
• Drive lean manufacturing initiatives to reduce costs, minimize waste, and increase output per capita.
• Support NPI and production line planning; establish standard times and production efficiency metrics.
