Job summary

A leading manufacturing company located in Malaysia, Penang is seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer. This position requires a minimum of 2 years' experience in Industrial Engineering, focusing on line improvement and efficiency. Responsibilities include cycle time studies, workstation design, and project coordination for new setups. Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and AutoCAD is essential. Candidates must hold at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree. This role offers an opportunity to enhance processes in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Industrial Engineering and box build and high-level assembly.
• Knowledge of MTM/MOST is an advantage.

• Line improvement.
• Cycle time study, cycle time improvement and line balancing.
• Line layout design based on process & lean concept.
• Line Capacity Study and Analysis.
• Headcount study and improvement.
• Design workstation, trolley, and other tools to improve the space utilization and line efficiency.
• Coordinate layout and workstations movement activities.
• As project coordinator for new project/line set-up.
• Experience in ESD, Clean Room Class 10K and Class 100 set-up.
