Qualifications

• 4-5 years of energy efficiency or related mechanical engineering experience.
• Experience with building simulation, energy auditing, commissioning, and industrial facilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in projects in South-East Asia with focus on industrial facilities.
• Build simulations using DesignBuilder and IES-VE for energy models.
• Conduct data analytics to support technical studies.
• Perform energy audits and deliver monitoring-based commissioning services.
• Review plans, documentation, and contractor submittals for compliance.

Skills

Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems

Hands-on experience with mechanical, electrical, and control systems

Experience with ASHRAE energy audits

Knowledge of energy management practices

Familiarity with ISO 50001

Understanding of green building certification schemes

Technical aptitude

Strong writing and verbal communication skills

Strong critical thinking skills

Proficiency in energy modeling tools

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

Education

Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) / Master of Science (M.S.) in Mechanical, Electrical, or related majors

Tools

Energy modeling tools (DesignBuilder, IES-VE, Ansys)
