Job summary

Unigrà APAC in Malaysia is seeking a Controller Analyst to join the Industrial Control team. You will analyze OPEX and CAPEX trends, support BOM, production times, variance analysis, and assist monthly closures with cross-functional coordination.

Ideal candidates have SAP FI-CO-PP-MM basics, a economics/engineering degree, 1–2 years in manufacturing, strong Excel/BI skills, and good English. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Has a Bachelor's degree in economics or management engineering.
• 1–2 years of experience in manufacturing preferred; fresh graduates welcome.
• Strong knowledge of Office, especially Excel, and BI applications.
• Good English language skills and a team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing the trend of operating costs (OPEX) and investments (CAPEX).
• Supporting the analysis and control of Bills of Materials (BOMs), production cycle times and methods, and the related variance analysis compared to actuals.
• Monitoring production data (Work Orders, consumption, work centers, etc.) to follow the monthly industrial closing.
• Supporting the preparation of the annual budget and intra-year forecasts.
• Supporting monthly reporting by performing variance analysis between budget/forecast and actuals and identifying root causes in case of deviations.
• Collaborating in the development and definition of standard costing processes.
• Monitoring monthly inventory levels through periodic control activities, developing reporting related to warehouse stock valuation, obsolete inventory analysis, and determining the stock valuation fund.
• Collaborating with Management Control colleagues from HQ in Italy for cross-functional projects and for monthly and annual closings.
