Job summary

Mediterranean Shipping Company (M) Sdn Bhd in Penang seeks a proactive Sales/Account Servicing professional to handle customer enquiries and quotations, maintain existing client relationships and grow MSC’s market presence. You will prepare sales projections, reports and quotations while promoting E‑Commerce and value added services.

Candidates should have a Diploma or degree in Marketing/Logistics, with 1–3 years shipping industry experience and excellent English.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Logistics, or related field.
• 1–3 years shipping industry experience.
• Excellent English (spoken and written).
• Own transport and willingness to work in Penang.

Responsibilities

• Handle indoor customer enquiries and quotations and escalate to relevant departments.
• Maintain current clients and increase MSC presence in the market.
• Prepare sales projections, management reports and sales quotations in a timely manner.
• Promote E-Commerce services to increase usage.
• Promote Value Added Services to target clients.
• Report to Sales Manager.
