Primelay Flooring is seeking an energetic Indoor Sales Coordinator to join our growing team in Malaysia. You’ll talk to customers by phone, WhatsApp, or email, keep data neat, and support quotations and follow-ups while learning our flooring products.

You’ll stay organized, be confident on calls, and bring fresh ideas to engage customers. The role offers an attractive commission scheme, on-the-job training, and opportunities to grow with a stable, 15-year-old local brand.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in B2B, wholesale, project, or sales-related roles.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Own transport and valid driving licence.
• Experience in flooring, construction, building materials, or interior products is an advantage.
• Basic computer skills and comfortable with digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Talk to customers by phone, WhatsApp, or email — and make every conversation count.
• Enjoy talking to people and be able to communicate well with walk-in customers.
• Keep customer data neat, updated, and easy to find.
• Learn our products — features, benefits, and why customers love them.
• Follow up with customers for feedback and reviews.
• Support sales operations — help with quotations, leads, and follow-ups.
• Use CRM systems, email, and WhatsApp marketing tools.
• Bring new ideas to improve how we engage customers.
• Stay organized, disciplined, and ready to take on new challenges daily.
• Communicates naturally — confident, friendly, and positive.
