Job summary

MH STEEL SDN. BHD. is seeking a motivated sales coordinator to handle daily indoor sales, prepare delivery orders, and support outdoor sales staff in Selangor. You will answer inquiries by phone, manage stock questions, and ensure smooth documentation and filing.

Fresh graduates are welcome; a Diploma or Bachelor in Business/Marketing is required. You should have good communication, teamwork, punctuality and a proactive attitude. EPF/SOCSO and free parking are provided.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in business-related field.
• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
• Preferably with at least 1 year in indoor/outdoor sales.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, punctual, patient and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the daily indoor sales
• Timely preparation of delivery orders
• Support and coordinate with outdoor sales person / related department
• Attend telephone calls on enquiries such as delivery, schedule, stock position
• Handle customer questions, inquiries and complaints effectively
• Ensure all sales documentation are properly filed
• Keep updated on status of purchased items until delivery
• Perform other duties as may be directed

1. Responsible for the daily indoor sales

2. Timely preparation of delivery orders

3. To support and coordinate with outdoor sales person / related department in company

4. To attend telephone calls on all enquiries such as: delivery, schedule, stock position and etc.

5. To handle customer questions, inquiries and complaints in an effective manner.

6. To ensure all sales documentation are properly filed.

7. Keep update/well understand of all the purchased items status from time to time until fully received/delivered

8. To act on any other duties and responsibilities as may be directed from time to time.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies / Marketing / Business Management or equivalent.

Preferably with at least 1 year of working experience in indoor/outdoor sales.

Good interpersonal and communication skills, punctual, patience and good working attitude.

Able to work as a team
