Role Description

This is a full-time Indoor Sales role based on-site in Klang. The Indoor Sales team member will handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up with prospects and existing clients to secure bookings and close deals. The role includes coordinating with operations and customer service teams to ensure accurate information on shipment status, pricing, and logistics solutions. The individual will maintain and update customer records in the company’s systems, generate sales reports, and support the implementation of sales campaigns and promotions. Day-to-day responsibilities also involve responding to customer questions, providing product and service information, and offering proactive suggestions to improve customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear spoken and written English, and the ability to explain logistics solutions effectively.
• Candidates should possess solid Customer Service capabilities, with a focus on responsiveness, professionalism, and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
• Candidates should possess proven Sales experience or aptitude, including prospecting, lead follow-up, negotiating, and closing deals.
• Candidates should possess basic Training and Sales Management skills, such as supporting onboarding of new team members and contributing to sales processes and best practices.
