Job summary

WDC Consult International PLT is seeking a competent Civil & Structural Engineer in Kulai, Johor. You will independently manage projects from design through construction, performing analyses and coordinating with clients, contractors and authorities to ensure timely delivery.

The role requires a degree in Civil Engineering, at least 2 years of experience, and proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office. You will inspect sites and ensure compliance with drawings, standards and ITPs.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Civil & Structural Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to handle projects independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong knowledge of civil & structural design, calculations, construction methods and standards.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage Civil & Structural projects from design to delivery.
• Perform civil & structural analysis, calculations, design and engineering work.
• Plan, coordinate, monitor and follow up on project activities for timely execution.
• Review and verify drawings, submissions and technical documents for accuracy.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure works comply with drawings, specs, ITP and standards.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, authorities and site teams on technical matters.
• Attend site and technical meetings and resolve issues to maintain progress.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
