Job summary

Deliprompt Food & Beverage Supply Sdn Bhd is seeking an Inbound Operator to manage receipt and processing of incoming raw materials, packaging materials and other goods from suppliers at our Shah Alam warehouse.

You will inspect items, verify documents, label and store goods, assist with unloading and movement, and ensure stock is organized according to FIFO/FEFO and company SOPs. Join a safety-focused warehouse team.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming raw materials, packaging materials and other goods from suppliers
• Check quantity, item description, batch number and physical condition of goods received
• Verify received goods against Purchase Order, Delivery Order and other relevant documents
• Label, arrange and store incoming goods in the correct designated area
• Assist with unloading, transferring, stacking and movement of goods
• Ensure stock is arranged according to FIFO/FEFO and Company procedures
• Assist with stock counting, stock take and inventory checking when required
• Report any shortage, damage, incorrect item or other discrepancy to the Supervisor/HOD immediately
• Maintain cleanliness, safety and proper organization of the inbound and warehouse area
• Follow all Company SOPs, safety, hygiene and warehouse procedures
