Evo Commerce in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Retail Marketing Executive to drive traffic, conversion, and brand engagement through offline campaigns and in-store activations. You will bridge Online Marketing and Retail Operations, plan retail-only promotions, coordinate with VM, Retail Trainer, and mall teams, and ensure messaging stays on-brand across channels.

This role offers hands-on experience across planning, execution, and measurement of campaigns, with a focus on building STRYV brand

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute retail-exclusive campaigns, promotions, and thematic events to drive store traffic and sales.
• Collaborate closely with the Online Marketing team to align offline and online promotion timelines, hero SKUs, and messaging.
• Develop clear campaign mechanics and key product focus for offline stores (e.g., Spend & Reward, Festive Bundle, Launch Offer).
• Partner with Retail Operations and Retail Trainer to brief stores on campaign highlights, storytelling, and execution focus.
