Job summary

Responsibilities

• Use measuring tools such as calipers, gauges, or other inspection equipment where required.
• Check dimensions and other specified product characteristics.
• Compare results against drawings, specifications, or inspection standards.
• Verify product specifications, lot numbers, labels, and work instructions.
• Ensure products meet requirements before proceeding to the next process.
• Use a microscope or magnifying equipment to inspect small components.
• Detect fine cracks, wire bonding defects, and surface abnormalities where applicable.
• Record inspection results in check sheets or computer systems.
• Document defective quantities and defect types.
• Maintain traceability of product batches and inspection records.
