Quality Execution: ensure technical success of programs by understanding customer needs, staffing appropriately, and driving process improvements.
Talent Acquisition and Development: hire and grow diverse, high-potential talent to meet customer demands.
Lead by example to reinforce Plexus Core Values and drive succession planning and coaching.
Cost Management: optimize non-billable hours and manage headcount and CapEx for the team.
Project Management: manage resources and projects to meet scope, schedule, budget, risks, and deliverables.
