Job summary

Jiangsu Installation Sdn. Bhd. (JSI) is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to contribute to project costing, tendering, measurements and subcontract management across building and M&E projects. You will turn drawings and numbers into actionable cost data and assist with price comparisons and tender submissions.

The role offers hands-on experience in cost control and claims across a range of projects within the construction sector in Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Experience with quantity take-off from drawings/specifications.
• Tender pricing and price comparisons experience.
• Measurement verification against Bills of Quantities.
• Experience in subcontract management for building and M&E projects.

Responsibilities

• Carry out quantity take‑off and verification based on drawings, specifications and Bills of Quantities.
• Assist with tender pricing, material enquiries, subcontractor enquiries and price comparisons.
