Qualifications

• 3+ years of product design experience with a portfolio showing end-to-end process and measurable impact.
• Experience working in cross-functional product teams.
• Strong foundations in interaction design, visual design, and design systems.
• Ability to operate with autonomy, handle ambiguity, and make sound design decisions.
• Experience mentoring or coaching other designers is a strong plus.
• Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools (e.g. Figma, ProtoPie). Familiarity with front-end concepts is advantageous.
• Experience building responsive web experiences using Webflow or Framer.

Responsibilities

• Lead design outcomes within a problem space team, collaborating with product, engineering, and stakeholders.
• Drive problem discovery, facilitating workshops and exploratory activities to align on user needs.
• Translate insights into solutions, owning discovery through delivery with clear rationale.
• Design end-to-end user experiences across mobile and web platforms.
• Balance user needs and business goals, guiding stakeholders in design decisions.
• Communicate design thinking clearly, articulating insights and trade-offs.
