Job summary

EasyParcel Sdn Bhd seeks a versatile product/design professional in Malaysia to join a fast-growing parcel platform. You’ll shape product problems, write clear requirements, and craft user journeys for desktop, tablet, and mobile. You’ll guide a designer and an intern while aligning cross-functional teams to ship features.

You’ll own research, usability sessions, and evidence-based decisions, building a scalable design system and improving conversion through analytics and AI-assisted workflows.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in product management, design, UX, or hybrid
• Experience delivering a feature from idea to launch

Responsibilities

• Frame the problem before proposing fix; decide what to solve first.
• Define problem, solution, and metric with evidence.
• Design journeys across desktop, tablet, and mobile.
• Brief developers and see product through to shipment.
• Conduct merchant interviews and usability sessions; translate into decisions.
• Set up tracking (GA4, GTM, Hotjar), run AB tests, share results.
• Build and grow a scalable design system for future features.
• Write UI copy in on-brand language (English & Bahasa Malaysia).
• Conduct UAT and translation reviews before release.
• Benchmark competitors to identify feature gaps.
• Leverage AI tools for research synthesis, drafting, prototyping, while judging outputs.
