Job summary

JEV Management in Malaysia is seeking a skilled 3D Event Designer to transform concepts into immersive environments for exhibitions, brand activations, corporate events and experiential marketing projects.

You will develop concepts, create high‑quality renderings, prepare mood boards and technical drawings, and collaborate with clients, vendors and production teams to deliver bold, buildable designs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a 3D Designer, Event Designer, or Exhibition Designer.
• Proficient in industry-standard 3D modelling and rendering software.
• Strong understanding of spatial planning for events and exhibitions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of creative concepts for events, exhibitions, activations and experiential marketing projects.
• Translate client requirements into visually compelling and functional event designs.
• Prepare mood boards, presentations and creative proposals that communicate design concepts effectively.
• Produce high-quality 3D renderings and visualisations for event spaces and branded environments.
• Prepare technical drawings, layouts, measurements and production specifications.
• Coordinate with clients, project teams, production departments and vendors throughout design and execution.
