Job summary

NexPIPO is seeking a highly creative 3D Event Designer to join our team in PJ, Malaysia. You will develop innovative event concepts and produce high-quality 3D visuals for exhibitions, installations, and spaces.

You will collaborate with clients, internal teams, vendors, and external professionals to translate requirements into compelling experiences, ensuring brand guidelines are followed and projects stay on schedule.

Qualifications

• Strong portfolio in advanced 3D visualization and technical drawing.
• Proficiency in 3D design and rendering software.
• Understanding of spatial design, event environments, and exhibition structures.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
• High attention to detail, creativity, and refined aesthetic sense.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving and practical design translation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of creative concepts from brief to execution.
• Create high-quality 3D renderings and visualizations for event spaces and installations.
• Collaborate with clients, internal teams, vendors, and external professionals.
• Ensure outputs align with brand guidelines and client objectives.
• Participate in client meetings, briefs, and site visits to gather requirements.
• Produce detailed 3D designs, technical drawings, measurements for production teams.
• Plan interiors, exhibition spaces, stage setups, and experiential environments.
• Execute design briefs with practicality and timeline adherence.
• Develop mood boards, mock-ups, and presentation materials to convey concepts.
• Collaborate with team to transform ideas into executable experiences.
• Manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and deadlines.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as requested.
