Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Data Science, Statistics, CS, or related field.
• 3+ years in data science, ML, image processing or advanced analytics.
• Experience in R&D, engineering, manufacturing or technology environments preferred.
• Strong image processing / classification experience.
• End-to-end analytics: data sourcing, preprocessing, deployment, reporting.
• Strong statistics and ML foundation; CRISP-DM and hypothesis-driven approach.

Responsibilities

• Conduct data-centric evaluations to support R&D projects and validation.
• Apply statistical analysis and ML to engineering problems.
• Develop and implement image processing and image classification solutions.
• Feature engineering, model development, validation, and optimization.
• Create visualizations and reports; communicate results to stakeholders.
• Collaborate across global teams and mentor junior colleagues.
