Zusammenfassung

Randstad NV in Malaysia is seeking a Contract Accountant to own end-to-end financial management of customer contracts, applying IFRS 15 revenue recognition and ensuring strong financial control throughout the contract lifecycle.

You will collaborate with Commercial, Delivery and Billing teams, translate contractual and operational changes into financial impacts, and provide insights to the Finance Business Partner and senior management on emerging risks and performance.

Qualifikationen

• Strong knowledge of IFRS 15 and practical contract accounting.
• Solid project accounting and margin management experience.
• Experience with long-term, milestone-based, or service contracts.

Aufgaben

• Apply IFRS 15 revenue recognition for contracts, including multi-element arrangements.
• Maintain contract assets (unbilled revenue/WIP) and contract liabilities (deferred revenue) with monthly GL reconciliations.
• Prepare technical accounting memos and align with Group Chief Accountant.
